Embroidery Guidelines
Please have hi-resolution artwork ready. Files can be most formats but vectored or 300 DPI raster art is preferred for the best clarity. Please outline all fonts in Adobe Illustrator to avoid incorrect typeface conversions - this happens often.
Please specify color codes for your artwork, we work with Pantone Solid Coated codes for color matching. We use Madiera Polyneon threads - thread charts can be found here.

For monogramming, please see a list of go-to fonts we use here. If you have a preferred typeface not listed, reach out to us via email and we can look into it further for you.

When placing your inquiry, please mention artwork size, number of decoration locations, location on the garments, quantity, the type of garments and material we will be working with.

Mockups and guide sheets are very helpful.
Screenprint Guidelines
Files must be vectored or hi-resolution raster art at 300 DPI. Please outline all fonts in Adobe Illustrator to avoid incorrect typeface conversions - this happens often. We use Adobe suite programs. If you don't have print-ready artwork, our art department may be able to work with what you have for an art setup fee.

Please specify color codes for your artwork, we work with Pantone Solid Coated codes for color matching. CMYK, RBG, or hex codes are not preferred, but we have systems that can help convert those codes to Pantone codes - which may or may not match perfectly to your original artwork.
