Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What file types do you accept for screen printing?

We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) or 300 DPI raster art. All fonts must be outlined to prevent type issues.

Do you offer price breaks for bulk orders?

Absolutely. Pricing improves significantly at higher quantities. Let us know your estimated order size and we’ll quote the best rate.

Can I print just one shirt?

Our minimum for screen printing is 12 pieces per design. If you need a single item, we may recommend an alternate method like DTF or heat transfer.

Can I change ink or shirt colors in the same order?

Yes, you can mix shirt colors within a print run as long as the ink colors stay consistent. Ink color changes may incur a small fee depending on volume.

Can I print over seams, pockets, or zippers?

Yes — but it depends on the design and garment type. These areas can affect ink consistency, so we’ll review your artwork and provide recommendations.

Do you provide the garments or do I?

We offer a full catalog of printable blanks — t-shirts, hoodies, bags, and more. You’re also welcome to bring your own. Either way, we’ll help you choose what works best.

What is your typical turnaround time?

Most screen printing orders are completed in 7–10 business days after final proof approval. Need it faster? Let us know — rush options are available.

What’s your minimum order size?

Minimum is 12 pieces per design. Bulk pricing begins around 50 units.

Do you offer pad printing?

Yes! We offer pad printing for small, hard-to-print items like water bottles, pens, and hard hats. It’s ideal for applying logos or text to curved or textured surfaces where standard screen printing isn’t possible.

Do you offer relabeling or custom neck tags?

Absolutely. We can remove manufacturer tags and apply your custom woven or printed neck labels, giving your garments a clean, branded finish.
